Services Offered
We provide digital solutions including web development, digital marketing, SEO, content writing, social media marketing, domain registration, hosting, website maintenance, and security services. Each service is subject to its own scope and delivery timeline, discussed and agreed upon before commencement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of AlphaSneh Freelancing.
Payments
All projects require a confirmed quote or agreement. Payment terms will be communicated prior to project start. Services may begin only after 50% advance payment is received. This advance will be considered the official payment date as reflected in the billing. The remaining balance will be scheduled based on prior communication that takes place before the advance payment is made. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
Revisions & Modifications
Reasonable revisions are included as part of service delivery. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
After completion of the project, the client is entitled to 3 months of revisions and modifications, including layout adjustments and content reworking within reasonable limits.
Any requests exceeding these limits or outside the 3-month period will be considered additional work and will be charged separately based on the updated scope and effort required.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided once work has begun. However, we aim for customer satisfaction and will assess concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property & Attribution
All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. However,AlphaSneh Freelancing reserves the right to include a small, non-intrusive credit link (e.g., “Developed by AlphaSneh Freelancing”) on the footer or another appropriate section of the website. This serves as professional attribution and will not affect the performance or design of the website.
Please note, this credit is a mandatory part of our service policy and will not be removed upon request, as it reflects our authorship and contribution to the project.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client information, content, and project details will be handled securely and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.

Use of Testimonials
By submitting feedback, you grant us permission to use your name and testimonial on our website and promotional material. If you wish to update or make changes to your testimonial, please contact us directly.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Tamil Nadu.
